Personal weight tracking and goal achievement system
Welcome to all who are big and beautiful - but want to be a little lighter!
This site helps you track your weight on a chart. It also asks you to set your own goals for diet and exercise. You can then add to these as your weight begins to fall.
How does this Help me to lose weight?
- Feedback helps. There is no easy way to lose weight, but people find the feedback very helpful.
- You can print off your chart and take it to your doctor – or a friend. Simply knowing this will happen also helps.
- Comparing you change in weight with the goals you have set yourself (diet and exercise) will show you the things that are most effective.
This allows you to realise quite quickly if your fitness regimes and changes in your eating habits work for you and what you need to change or where you need to put more effort.
What are the Benefits to monitoring my weight?
If you not convinced yet of the benefits then these will:
- Monitor your weight on a regular basis and view it in a graph
- Add comments as you enter your weight
- Exercise and activity levels
- Plans for diet
- Set your goals/aims as… “In Progress”, “Not started yet” and best of all ... “Achieved”
- Print out the Graph with the option of comments and your goals/aims
How Do I Get Started?
- Click on “New User” and enter your Name, Email and Password.
- Check your Email and click link to verify your email address.
- Login and enter your Current Weight and your Planned Weight as well as the name of your Doctor (you can use kilograms or total pounds)
Then you can set up your mini goal/aims and enter your weight each day, week or month!
Please print out the sheet before you go to your doctor as they will be in a better position to provide you with the best advice.
